The whole thing is very well-fitted. She looks classy.
 
It wouldn't be too bad minus the floral decorations which are overpowering.

Apart from the chaotic flowers it's a good look-nice color, flattering cut, accessories and hairstyle on point-but the overall look is ruined by the flower designs.
 
A very elegant Carolina Herrera look.

Really lovely look and colour on the queen today but would have preferred an updo hairstyle for the event.

As usually, a nice dress but thats it. Its a shame she has worn the small setting of the Bvlgari earrings, no suprise she has no hairstyle. She had some lovely hairstyles in her first 3 years as Queen, especially at this event

Sadly a lot of Letizia's looks lack the final touches and yes those hairstyles above really made a difference.

I don’t mind the flowers but really dislike the collar on this. And I am so over her hair. So unflattering pulled back.

Really lovely colour and look and Letizia's always nicer when her hair is off her face and pulled back like today.
 
For a lunch for the President of Bulgaria Rumen Radew and his wife today, April 28, Queen Letizia wore her Carolina Herrera flower print coat again:

Its not bad but the lack of a decent hairstyle for a visiting Head of State is disappointing but part of the norm from Letizia.
 
For some reason, I want to say that this coat dress would be better suited to Leonor or Sofia. And yes the hairstyle leaves a lot to be desired. I would even go so far to say that she looks like she didn't put any effort into hair and makeup at all. Disappointing.

But with the updo, she looked much better in my opinion on the Armed Forces Day, even though she was wearing the exact same dress.


I don't know why she wears her hair down at an official lunch for a visiting president. But Queen Maxima has worn her hair down also at gala dinners and wearing a tiara. which is worse in my opinion.

Really lovely dress and the queen saw the funny side!
 
I like the bell sleeves and of course she always looks fabulous in red!
 
Lovely. I am not so sure about the white shoes and bag, but I guess it is fashionable again, and the weather is quite warm now.

The colour red is always lovely on Letizia but I don't like the design or sleeves on this dress.
