How? According to the royal laws, any woman who marry an member of the Royal Family automatically not receive the title of Princess, but Duchess.

The receipt of a Duchess title is only if they are married to a Duke.

Similarly, there is no royal title like Duchess Meghan or Duchess Camilla, this was thought up by Scobie, if I am not mistaken, and adopted by vast parts of the US media.

Meghan is not one to follow rules, she makes up what she wants to. Rather than call herself Princess Henry, she will probably just call herself Princess Meghan. Currently, she appears to have styled herself Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. That is typically the style afforded to divorced spouses.

How do people in the UK feel about the Harry being in the of succession? Is it a huge concern?

It's not ideal but I doubt anything will be done about it any time soon. Same goes for councillor of state.

The mess this country is in at the moment, there's stuff going on that's much more important than PH, so I wouldn't call it a huge concern. Given his behaviour (past and present) and his lifestyle choices, hopefully he will never be needed.

It's not remotely a concern for me at the moment, because William is healthy, and has three children.

If a disaster befell the Wales family, and Harry ended up as the new Prince of Wales, I would then have serious concerns, yes. But so would most of the country, I think.

Despite being born Princesses of the Blood, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, while not being official "Working Royals", are actually involved in several serious and high-profile charity endeavours, some of which they initiated years ago. They don't get paid from the public purse but support themselves and bring nothing but high-profile praise for their work and by extension, the BRF.

They are now 35 and 33 with kids of their own.

As male-line grandchildren of the monarch, Archie and Lili are also Prince and Princess of the blood respectively. So yeah, if Harry loses his dukedom, he will be Prince Harry, Meghan will be Princess Harry and their children will remain Prince Archie and Princess Lili / Lilibet.

I doubt that either of them want to be full time working royals, and be driven mad by the media about their choice of hats etc.

I don't think the New York Post article is correct. There is a case against the Home Office but Harry wasn't in court personally.* The photograph is from the phone hacking case earlier this year (as seen on their own article about that).

As for HRH The Duke of Sussex's case to pay the police to be his private security...I don't think he'll win, especially if there are other people just as famous if not more who don't do so. It might just be the final break he needs from Great Britain, however. If he doesn't feel that his family is safe without this measure, than neither his wife nor children will probably set foot in Great Britain again, and he would be less inclined to do so without them unless absolutely necessary.

Yup. And he didn’t prep his wife for that reality, probably because he hadn’t worked through it himself, and all of this is what that looks like. Two people constantly aggrieved that they didn’t get their fair share with no ability to recognize their enormous privilege.

Yes, I agree, it was a logical decision. Harry needs to understand that if he wants protection he now needs to fund it himself like other wealthy people visiting the country.

Very true. Failure to recognise the full ramifications of Harry's decisions prior to them being made will be something he will live to regret for the rest of his days.
