Lovely Color and style on the Queen Camilla green really suits her.

Really lovely shade of green on the queen consort today.

The Queen looks wonderful in this. I like the drape and flow of the dress, and the color is very rich and flattering.

I like her and Princess Catherine have the image of QEII over their hearts.

Indeed! Whilst I understood the rationale for QE2 to wear white to accommodate all the different coloured sashes, Camilla is not constrained by the sashes as she only has the Garter as her "senior" sash and can wear gowns and jewellery to match the Garter sash.

As the UK did not offer orders to spouses to visiting heads of state, I am not sure Camilla will be receiving all the overseas orders herself.
Camilla certainly looks like a queen but I've seen her look even more regal at previous state banquets. Maybe it's the blue dress rather than white that takes it down a notch.
As a first State Visit Banquet, I would have expected Camilla to knock it out of the park, but instead she opted for a dress that had been worn before and also used in a magazine article about her. That got me wondering and when I saw Sophie looking gorgeous in a lovely but very understated gown I realised that they were setting the stage of no conspicuous consumption with the country like so many others, teetering on the edge of a Recession, or worse, a Depression. My thoughts were validated by the acid reports of the gold chargers used on the banquet table, quite deliberately omitting their age and history. Camilla, even in one of her oft-worn but gorgeous white satin state gowns would have looked majestic and got the same acid comments in the vein of "let them eat cake" in the media. Well-called and right on the money ladies.

Oh I do like this dress for so many reasons. Green is a colour that makes her glow, and I second ista's remarks about drape and flow but, it also seems she has altered the length of the dress and it is longer than her usual Autumn/Winter daywear thus exaggerating the drape and flow. It makes the whole 'look' even more elegant and who else but Camilla could wear fur-lined suede boots and make them look chic?

Great look for Camilla. I think this is the dress that would have been prepared to coordinate with the coat worn to welcome the President of SA at the start of the state visit.

It is also good to see, as Queen, she generally wears a brooch for most engagements.

Really lovely look on Camilla in between the 2 highly stylish ladies from Jordan and Denmark.

The dress is attractive, but boots inside the palace?

I would have preferred this dress without the boots, as well. The dress itself is very nice, but the boots do nothing for it.

The daqla looks great on the Queen. The highlight of the whole outfit I would say.
I am glad that she continues to wear gowns in different colours and does not follow in her mother-in-laws footsteps (yet) by only wearing white. Although it was a nice habbit for Queen Elizabeth II of course.

The queen consort looks wonderful and the jewels work perfectly with the gown.

What can I say? I like Camilla's sense of style and if that includes raiding hubby's wardrobe so be it. She wears his Daqla with nonchalant ease and it suits her far more than it ever did him and somehow I think he gets a sneaky kick out of seeing her wear it.

Yes it is good to see Queen Camilla in different colored gowns. But then Queen Elizabeth also did this earlier and it was only the last 20 years or so that she only wore white gown for State Banquets and so.

Really like the Wrexham outfit. The colour suits her - and I think the boots are new!
The following visit, needs a brooch or scarf as it looks a little severe.
