Yes, she had the brooch on at the embassy and then was no longer wearing it at Westminster Hall. I wonder what happened.

I think she also changed her gown. At last she wore another one at Buckingham Palace then at the embassy,

she also made a dress change, maybe she thought it´s to much with the flowers..

Earrings have been worn at least twice before, including at Willem-Alexander's 50th birthday celebrations. There is no public information about the source of the earrings.

Nothing is official known about the ruby jewels. The earrings are rumored to be a saudi wedding gift, they were first worn for a dinner in 2017, and again for King Willem Alexanders 50th birthday in april 2017. the bracelet were first worn in 2007 but disappeared for 10 years when Letizia wore them again.

I am very happy to see her wear the sapphire and diamond bracelet again, it works well for her.
 
I don't think those earrings suit Letizia very well, especially not with this hairstyle.
