Tiaras and Jewels guessing for upcoming events: 2024

I would quite like to see the emeralds reserved for the Queen and the Crown Princess.
Actually the only Queen who has worn the emeralds so far is queen Silvia. and it has worn by other Family members like Princess Lilian and i thinks also the King's sisters

Hope it's not off-topic, while she can pull of most of the colors, I just can't imagine Madeleine in emerald or even recall her in any green outfit.
She wore green in her engagement photo to Chris. I did not recall her wearing a green gown but she has a few times including to the Nobels.

Fair point. But I like a classification of "senior" and "pool" jewels. And in my mind, the emeralds, given their history and splendour, should be "senior" and not pool, IMO. Quite like the Braganza and the sapphires. The rubies, IMO, can be "pool", and available for all the ladies to wear, despite their history.

But the same would then count for the amethysts who are worn by almost all the royal ladies

Yes, but the amethysts have been worn very widely by all the ladies of the SRF for 2 generations now.

It’s Monaco National Day next month.
I’m hoping against hope for the first time Charlene wears a tiara to the evening event . After all she’s got tiara hair now.
We really have waited so long to see Charlene wearing a tiara,I think I have given up all hope now!
I'd love to see tiaras being worn again at the Gala on National Day like the late Princess Grace did!

There will be a Commonwealth Heads of Government Banquet in October 24. If Camilla will wear a tiara, I predict she will wear the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara.

A bit early perhaps but the nobel festivities is coming in 1,5 month…

What i would like to see on 10 December -

Silvia : Cameo Parure

Victoria : Edward VII Ruby Tiara + the Egyptian Scarab Necklace

Sofia (if she attends given her pregnancy) : Amethyst Parure

Madeleine : Connaught Tiara + the Processional Necklace

Christina : Nine Prong Tiara + the Bernadotte Emeralds

What i expect we will see on 10 December -

Silvia : Leuchtenberg Sapphires.

Victoria : Napoleonic Cut Steel Tiara.

Sofia (if she attends) : Wedding Tiara with new coloured spikes.

Madeleine : Modern Fringe Tiara.

Christina : 6-Button Tiara.
It's never too early to start predicte and dream about Nobels. Hopefully we'll see five Royal ladies attending this year, and that was some time ago.

December 10th - Award Ceremony and Banquet
Queen Silvia
Wish - It would indeed be nice to see the Cameo Tiara again, together with the Golden dress from the Spanish State Visit. But she wore the Cameo in January so doubt we'll see it so soon again.
Prediction - The Leuchtenberg Sapphires with the dress from Queen Margrethe's Golden Jubilee banquet.

Crown Princess Victoria
Wish - I really think it is time for the Baden Fringe again, and she hasn't worn yet this year.
Prediction - Large Cut Steel Tiara

Princess Sofia
Wish - Yes, we really want to see something different. I don't believe it, but the Amethyst Tiara would be lovely.
Prediction - Wedding Tiara with any of the stones.

Princess Madeleine
Wish - The Edward VII Ruby Tiara. I think she really could make this work with her hairdo.
Prediction - The Modern Fringe Tiara

Princess Christina
Wish - The Connaught Diamond Tiara
Prediction - One of the Button Tiaras

December 11th - King's Dinner at the Royal Palace
Queen Silvia
Queen Sofia's Diamond/Nine Prong Tiara

Crown Princess Victoria
The Laurel Wreath Tiara

Princess Sofia
Wedding Tiara with any of the stones

Princess Madeleine
The Modern Fringe Tiara

Princess Christina
Any of the Button Tiaras

About the State Visit from the Emir of Qatar to the UK in December - while I agree that we're likely to see pearls (Vladimir tiara and the Qatari pearl necklace or Queen Victoria's), isn't it possible that Camilla might wear the Teck Crescent tiara? The crescent is an important symbol in Islamic culture and the roses in the tiara would be a reference to England/The UK, thus uniting the two countries.

I am not hopeful of seeing the Teck Crescent tiara on the Queen. She has had access to it for years, but has chosen not to wear it when there have been state visits from other Islamic countries, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

It will be interesting to see if she chooses to wear the Qatari pearl necklace. If she does, then I can see the use of the Grand Duchess Vladamir tiara. Alternately, I think this may be the time to get the Kokoshnik out, paired with either the Festoon necklace or the City of London Fringe necklace, last used in Berlin last year.
