The Duchess of Sussex's Maternity Fashion: October 2018 -

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I just learned an important lesson… never read comments on Twitter. I should have known.. :ermm:

I like the white dress, especially the shape but it did look a bit too tight in the midsection. First time I've thought that with any of her dresses on this tour. Pretty good, I'd say.

l like the dress/tuxedo a bit shorter maybe but she looks lovely and her hair is nice

most of her choices during this tour ar great

The tuxedo dress was pretty but too short ...if it'd of been a bit longer I would love the look.

I thought the tuxedo dress was too short as well.

Is the white dress for a set or two of Tennis ? It certainly looks like it...

Oh hadn't thought of that...but yeah..tennis dress.

I don't like the white tuxedo dress. I'm not fond of the design.

Meghan's tuxedo dress seems rather boxy for me; I'm not as enthused by it as I have been over her other outfits on the tour.

I always like a tuxedo dress. Although I think this one would be better as a straight cut like the green dress was. She's pregnant and showing, her waist is going to be wider.

I don't dislike the tuxedo white dress, but it's shapeless on Meghan. Isn't this tuxedo dress the same but in black that she wore a few months ago with Harry at an event?

She's worn a several really nice outfits (for example the white dress with the long coat made for a great silhouette) but I am not a fan of this dress nor did I like the Invictus speech dress. Most of her trouser outfits weren't my cup of tea either - especially the one today was quite bad as was 'Serena' one- the one at the Invictus Games finals on the other hand was nice; even though I am normally not a fan of such tight trousers).

It must have been quite hard to find sufficient outfits that work for her body type, that she likes, that work for the occasion and that are sufficiently different from each other. Glad that I don't need to think about my outfits as much as she has to do... Add to that her changing body because of the pregnancy and it must have been a headache to make it all work.

I think they are both Outland jeans.

Remember that Oscar de La Renta dress that supposedly cost 18,000 according to DM? Not so apparently! But it was a nice try.

Just in case anyone’s wondering that gorgeous @OscardelaRenta dress worn by Meghan Markle tonight costs $6790 and although it’s sold out they are taking special orders #phew

The length of the white dress is fine, its the shape that is a problem. And I wish there was someway to bring the DMs lie to their readers attention.

:previous: Agreed the length is fine. It's the shape.

The tuxedo style calls for a fitted straight skirt. This bell shape makes her look boxy and doesn't work well at all.

I like the top half. And another NZ designer to the list.

An all black look to unveil a plaque.

Blazer by Karen Walker, NZ designer who did her plaid trench.

Shirt is British lavender hill.

Earrings are Boh runga, a NZ designer.

Necklace is her British Maori inspired necklace from the other night.

She looks cute, although I’m bracing myself for the complaining about black. I like it with both the jacket and the windbreaker.

And what is that green thing on Harry?

I feel like that jacket is an odd length--it's either not long enough or not short enough.

Harry's overcoat seems a tad too dressy for the rest of his outfit. The jacket he has on for the welly wanging looks better.

I actually like this length better than the white jackets she wore in Australia. It’s a more youthful style than the longer length.

Brandon Maxwell dress and Burberry trench for Pillars.

Btw, the Burberry Maythorne coat is the same one she was photographed wearing when she went to see Harry play polo in 2017.

The boh runga earrings were the ones gifted to her from the NZ PM

Apparently Megsies gumboots from this morning have nearly sold out. Wowski haha.

What is the fruit depicted on the earrings? It looks like an enlongated pineapple or pinecone?

Seasalt Cornwall

@seasaltclothing

Spotted! Meghan, Duchess of Sussex #WearingSeasalt. Imagine the excitement in the design studio when we saw pictures of Meghan #DuchessofSussex wearing Seasalt Rain on the #RoyalVisitNZ. A favourite from a previous collection

I think that's so funny...here those Muck boots can be bought at any farm supply store ...lots of folks wear them to work the farms!

LaRae

I think they're feathers.

Ah...thanks, didn't think of that!

The Queen's Canopy is a wonderful initiative and it's great to see trees being dedicated to it.

Meghan looks realistically dressed for tree planting. I like the variety of her outfits. She can afford to be a bit casual and fun sometimes. It matches Harry. They are going to be doers, talkers and travellers.
I liked the white dress by Maggie Marilyn. It was perfect for the lively theatrical Wellington event.

I didn't mind the white tuxedo dress at all, except for a bit of tightness around the mid section I thought it was a fun thing to wear. And I'm so glad the Outlander jeans have had such an impact.

Come a long way from those oversized maternity wear I used to see ladies wear.
