Doha, August 23 (QNA) - HH Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, led the well-wishers who bade farewell to HH Gen. HH the Emir Receives Eid Al Fitr Well-Wishers

Doha, August 30 (QNA) HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received at al Wajbah Palace on Tuesday morning, the first day of Eid al-Fitr, the well-wishers on such a happy and blessed occasion.
The Eid al Fitr receptions were attended by HH Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, HH the Emir's Personal Representative Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani, HH the Special Advisor to the Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani and a number of Their Excellecies the sons of HH the Emir .


The well-wishers expressed their profound felicitations to HH the Emir on such a happy occasion asking Allah the Almighty to for a happy recurrence of such a blessed and happy occasion on our beloved and dear people and the Arab and Islamic nations while they enjoy blessings , goodness and grace.

Paris, August 31 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani arrived this evening in the French capital Paris to take part in the conference for support of new Libya due to be held tomorrow there. HH the Emir is accompanied by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani and a high-level official delegation
 
HH the Emir Participates in Conference for Supporting New Libya Paris, September 01 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani participated Wednesday evening in the conference for supporting new Libya that was held at Elysee Palace in Paris. HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani in a speech he delivered in the Conference stressed that the transformation that took place and is happening in Libya was an expression of the will of the Libyan people.
His Highness added that this transformation was difficult, pointing out that the Libyan citizens who marched in peaceful demonstrations were met with weapons and even sometimes with heavy weapons, and that is why were forced defend themselves.

Talks during the two separate meetings, held at the embassy of the State of Qatar premises in Paris, dealt with ties of cooperation between Qatar and each of Gabon and Chad and means of enhancing them.

Doha, September 05 (QNA) -HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al Thani said on Sunday that after the popular protests in Syria which entered a fifth month, it has become clear now that the "killing continued almost daily unabated and that the Syrian people will not backtrack on their demands". In an interview relayed by Aljazeera television channel, HH said that the question now is "how to emerge from the deadlocked situation in Syria?".

Doha Launches its Request to Host the 2020 Olympic Games

Doha, August 26 (QNA) - HH the Heir Apparent and Chairman of Qatar Olympic Committee Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani today announced the official launch of the Doha bid to host the 2020 Olympic Games and games of persons with special needs. Following the confirmation which Qatar Olympic Committee received from President of the International Olympic Committee Jacques Rogge on the flexibility of the date for the organizing of the Olympic Games 2020, HH the Heir Apparent said “in light of the decision taken by President Rogge and the executive office of the International Olympic Committee, I am pleased to officially announce the Doha bid to host the 2020 Olympic Games and games of persons with special needs.":flowers:

HH Heir Apparent Issues Decision increasing Salaries and Pensions

Doha, September 06 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued an Emiri decision No. 50 of 2011 on the increase of basic salary, social allowance and pensions for employees and retirees of Qatari civilians and military personnel, working in the state. Under the decision, His Highness ordered an increase of 60% on basic salary and 60% on social allowance for state civilian employees and 120% on basic salary and 120% on social allowance to military persons of officer ranks and 50% on basic salary and 50% on social allowance for military persons of other ranks, working in the military bodies.

HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent ordered the decision to be effective from September 1.

I'm from Qatar, that rumor is false. Story was made up by Syrians who dislike Qatar. Emir made an appearance on AlJazeera to prove it.

HH The Emir Explains His Vision of Current Arab Situation

Doha, September 07 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani has called for equitable treatment of the Palestinian people at the UN and urged the international organization to help them set up their independent state when they declare its establishment at the UN General Assembly as expected this month.
In an exclusive interview relayed by Aljazeera television channel Wednesday evening, HH said that Israel must be able to read in the changes sweeping the Arab world and realize that the political scene has changed and that it is now in the midst of emerging Arab democracies.
The State of Qatar, HH noted, supports the Palestinian people in Gaza, a fact with which Israel is not satisfied.

this is the second time they visit Morocco and they left so quickly i wonder if Mohammed VI is avoiding Sheikh Hamad?

no I don't think so I don't even think they come to Morocco to met the king it's a private visit and King don't have to met all the Head of States who come visit Morocco for private visits IMO.
