King Felipe presided over the commemorative dinner for the 135th anniversary of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and the United Kingdom in London this evening, November 21:

It was not an official visit, the king was only traveling for the Chamber of Commerce dinner and the meeting with Charles has been considered private.

Official trips have a more complete agenda, these are short trips to attend specific events, and they usually do them separately, each attending the events that are in their area of work.
 
Today, November 22, King Felipe received "Cindy Rose, President of Microsoft for Western Europe, together with Alberto Granados, President of Microsoft Ibérica, and members of his management team, as part of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Microsoft company in Spain".

Thanks! Yes this makes sense. IIRC, the Queen herself made a solo visit a year or 2 ago and attended a museum opening with the then Prince of Wales.

That visit took place in April, just a "few" months ago. (Time flies) but they also opened an exhibit together at London's National Gallery in 2019 and you may be thinking of that.
