As far as i am aware, it is not a full state visit, but an official introductory visit.

But at the same date it is the 25th Anniversary of the Nordic Embassies in Berlin. Which will be attended by also the Crownprince/princess couples of Norway and Sweden, the President couples of Finland and Iceland and the President of Germany. So I don't think it is a "state visit" for only the Danish royal couple.

The dinner wich the Nordic Embassies anniversary is in the best case a black tie Dinner so i think it is very unlikely that Queen Mary will debut the floral aigrette at it. If she wears a tiara I guess it her will be either her wedding tiara or the ruby and spinel tiaras.
