Frida dated many years a famous film producer but now she has been married with Waheed for some years, according to Svensk Damtidning.

Project Playground has finally put some weeks ago their annual report from 2013 to their website, only in swedish this time.
Carl Philip is a board member and has signed the report as Carl Philip Bernadotte.

Carl Phillip's signature is incorrect. In Sweden none of the HRH's have a surname but they belong to the lineage of Bernadotte. His name and titel is HRH Carl Phillip Prince of Sweden Duke of Värmland.

He should have signed the report as Carl Phillip.

Obviously he has made the decision to use Carl Philip Bernadotte in Project Playground.

The question of the Royal House's surname is controversial, with the court and the Tax Agency at odds.

It is interesting to note that while the king's lawyer, Axel Calissendorf, insists that the royal family has no surname, the Tax Agency, which is responsible for the National Register, is of the opinion that they have, but just don't use it.

According to Svensk Damtidning, Sofia is now in South Africa "to take farewell from the children and everyone she has got known with her Project Playground". Svensk Damtidning writes that as a swedish princess it is difficult for her to visit for long times in South Africa, not least from the security seasons, and even more if she soon becomes a mother. But Sofia will not leave the project of her heart totally, she will work more with the strategic questions in the future.

Typical ridiculous text from Svensk Damtidning. Sofia hasn't worked much with the children during the five years she has been with Carl Philip. She has been working in Sweden and collecting money.

She has with the children a great deal since getting involved with Project Playground. She's invested in the cause and have formed a great relationship with many of the young kids and their families.

If Svensk Damtidnings facts are correct that Sofia "take farewel" to PP she must have changed her mind since this press meeting.

She must now be awere that she can´t become princess if she continue to work for PP.

Now we know that become princess of Sweden it is far more important than Project Playground.

This is a fundraiser to support Project Playground. The prince is in addition at the board, and this is an important evening for both Prince Carl Philip and Sofia that will hopefully lead to that the project can continue to work forward as their goals, says Margareta Thorgren, the director of the press department.
She explains that the event takes place entirely in the Project Playground's control.
- It is a closed event, with specially invited guests, says Thorgren.

According to Johan T Lindwall from Expressen, Sofia quits her job as the secretary general of Project Playground.
Lindwall writes that today Crown Princess Victoria comes home from South Korea. At home in Stockholm is waiting for a new colleague at the Royal Palace.
According to Expressen, the staff at the court have been informed that Sofia Hellqvist starts work there in the spring. With just months to go before the wedding the king and his staff prepares even Sofia Hellqvist's future life. She is now secretary general of the Project Playground, which she founded in 2010 together with Frida Vesterberg. Sofia will leave the mission, but continue to assist Project Playground in a different role. Instead, she will work at the court, with her own work place at the castle - just like the others in the royal family.
New secretary general of the Project Playground will be Daniel Madhani, the former General Secretary of Unga Forskare (Federation of Young Scientists).

Sofia Hellqvist resigns as secretary general in Project Playground to start working at the Royal Palace and the court will shortly publish it. Step into the court is natural for Sofia and it follows to some extent what Prince Daniel did in connection with his wedding with Crown Princess Victoria. Daniel discontinued all of its business in 2010 when he married Princess Victoria - all in order to have a prince title and be at Victoria's side, most recently in South Korea on an official trip.
Chris O'Neill chose to pass a prince title to continue with his foreign financial operations. What Sofia Hellqvist does at the court is not yet known, but it is undoubtedly a major step toward a possible princess title. With the wedding on June 13 that it will be announced which title Sofia Hellqvist will get
There is only one person who decides if Sofia Hellqvist gets a princess title: The King.

^^ I don't quite get the comparison with Daniel, he owned gyms so it was understandable and necessary for him to give them up since members of the Royal family aren't allowed to have shares bigger than 5%.....but wasn't Sofias involvement with project playground purely charity?? As far as I know (but I could be wrong) she wasn't getting any payment from them so it's not like this action was a prerequisite for her in order to take an official role if the King decides to offer her one.....I would've thought that she would've have been able to draw more attention towards this cause through marrying in the Royal family, not abandoning it

I haven't seen in any official press releases that the royal family aren't allowed to have shares bigger than 5%. Last May when there was this mess about Madeleine as vicepresident at one of Chris's companies, the court gave a press release:

Policy around the Royal Family's ownership of companies
Members of the Royal Family can be the owners or co-owners of a commercial company. Nor is there no constitutional impediment to the Royal Family to own shares or parts in the company.
The royal family, however, is restrictive when it comes to engage in commercial activities.
The Royal Court's policy on corporate issues are inter alia, that the Royal Family should not:
- Be members of the commercial companies' boards
- Be president or vice president
- Be full-time employees

Before his wedding Daniel owned much more than 5% of his companies and the king's solicitor Axel Calissendorff said to the press that there is no need for him to sell them. He just had to stop to be the ceo and a board member. Victoria, Carl Philip and Madeleine have a company Gluonen AB, where they are the main owners, the king and queen have small part of shares.
The king owns 100% of Bensor AB, the parent company of the king's activities on Solliden Palace and Stenhammar castle in Flen.
According to that press release a member of the royal family can be the only owner of the shares at a company.

I don't understand the comparison to Daniel either, because PP isn't a commercial company, and Sofia could well have continued as the secretary general of PP after the wedding without getting salary (I think that she has been getting salary at PP, how else she has paid her bills...?).
And at a press conference in the end of September Sofia said that she is not going to be a fulltime princess. Of course she is going to continue with PP, because PP is like a part of her family and she has put so many years to it.

Oh ok, you phrased the ownerhsip thing better than me.... it makes sense that Daniel gave up his executive position whereas since Project playground , like you said is non commercial there shouldn't have been anything stopping her from continuing her involvement as secretary General ....what's even more odd is the fact that sofia previously said that she intends on continuing PP like the article you attached says ....it could also be a false rumour...wouldnt be the first time that happened

Current Secretary General and Project Playground founder Sofia Hellqvist is still working within the organization as an active honorary president.

I think it makes sense that Sofia quit as the secretary general. If they are indeed planning a full time or even half time princess role for her it would have greatly affected her job in PP. From PP's point of view it's way better for them to have a full time secretary general that can focus 100% to the organisation. And with Sofia as honorary president they still benefit from her connections, status and knowledge.
 
According to Svensk Damtidning Sofia Breitholtz, who has been a member of the Board of Project Playground from 2010, is the niece of Sofia Hellqvist's mentor Barbro Ehnbom. Sofia Breitholtz has been the chairman of the board of PP since August 2014.
Sofia, her husband and Barbro Ehnbom arrived together to the Royal Chapel on Sunday.

Project Playground FC plays again this year at the Gothia Cup football tournament in Gothenburg. They play at B18 category and their matches are next week, on Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th. After that will be seen if they qualify further.

On Thursday Project Playground FC won BK Sport 11-0 and Bankeryds SK 3-0. Today they have soon 1/8 final against Jonsereds IF.
EDIT: Project Playground won Jonsereds IF 2-1. And Project Playground won 1/4 final against CA Intercups Mexico 1-0.
They will play in the evening against Heikendorfer SV at the semifinal.
EDIT2: Project Playground FC lost their match against Heikendorfer SV and their games at the Gothia Cup ended.
