The Prince of Asturias, president of Honor de la Fundación don Juan de Borbón, expressed yesterday his personal commitment with the activity that develops this cultural Segovian entity that remembers the figure of his paternal grandfather, in a hearing that developed in the Palace of the Zarzuela, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Foundation.
The mayor of Segovia, Pedro Arahuetes, who headed the Segovian delegation in his president's quality of the Patronage of the Foundation, he underlined the interest showed by don Felipe by this institution, assuring that the Inheritor has demonstrated his will to attend next summer someone of the actions of the International Festival of Segovia (FIS), organized by the entity.
Also the Prince of Asturias might represent, as indicated the mayor of Segovia to the press at the conclusion of the hearing, which extended for space of a half hour, to the delivery of the first edition of the International Prize don Juan de Borbón, an award that will centre on the area of the music.

The representatives of the Foundation don Juan de Borbón took advantage of the hearing to deliver a few gifts to don Felipe for his first-born one, the infanta Leonor, concretly a rattle of silver and a few elaborated little angels artesanalmente for the nuns Dominicans who represent three graces, Kindness, Prudence and Wisdom.
The mayor of Segovia affirmed that the Prince " has liked the gifts, I believe that he has seen them as something very tender, because the truth is that whenever he speaks about his daughter one notices that he is a doting father; he is like all the parents, that us the slobber is fallen by our children ".
