Looks to be a yellow diamond ring, to match her outfit?

In one of the Kate fashion blogs they said Kate has had that ring since before she was married and had a photo. I can't remember which one, I'll have to look for it.

It is indeed an antique citrine ring that the Duchess has had since before her marriage.

There are lots of great sites that trace her jewelry. Maybe start with From Her Majesty's Jewel Vault (the Kate loans section), What Kate Wore, My small Obsessions. There are many more that are equally good, these are just the three I have known the longest.

I'm pretty sure she has gifted her with a pair of pearl earrings ...I think all the BRF wives have gotten a pair after they married. We really don't know unless they release a statement (or answer a query) about personal gifts, which doesn't happen often.
