In France we are not lucky, we are lazy!
You think it's a lot of days off? Well you can add the numerous special days when we commemorate something (most people have no idea what they are commemorating by the way). Recently the government tried to cancel a special day and people did demonstrations .
There also the long weekends (from Friday to Tuesday) that we call "bridge", and that we take sometime for the most futile reasons.
Weird country you know...

Oh really? In Italy we also call the long weekends "bridges". There used to be many more int he past, but most religious festivities have been cancelled lately, as they're no longer considered as public holidays.
I got involved in that demostration when I recently came to France...
Speaking of weird countries, dear cousin,we aren't too bad either...

She was born in 86, so shes turning 19. I remember there was a lot of speculation that she got a title from her grandfather last year when she turned off age

Yes it will be at the Monaco Sporting Club on Friday Night and Anastacia will be perfoming this year. It is an annual charity ball to raise funds for the Monaco Red Cross. It has been held for more than 50 years now. Before it was alaways held in July now it's usually held in August.

I would say maybe Char will make her debut this year but that's what they said in 2004 when she turned 18. I don't want to get my hopes up only to have them disappointed again!

You're so lucky, Ailstalia! Too bad the Casiraghis aren't there - we all know they're currently on vacation in Italy. You should have stayed a little longer, the Red Cross Ball is this Friday! Of course, it's sooo hard to get invites, but you might have the chance of crossing paths with the family and other celebrities then. Charlotte never attended one, although that will hopefully change.

tallz and rdb, have a great time in Monaco. Hope you get to see some of the Red Cross-related happenings/celebrity attendees. Let us know how things turn out.....

Sorry, I don't know how often Charlotte goes to Monaco. My guess is that the Casiraghi trio goes there when there are official functions (National Day, etc.) and there are private family affairs. Maybe Michelle can help us out - her cousin works at the palace and she has some contact with the family at times, I think.

What a trip if Charlotte turned out to be pregnant! I certainly hope not, but if she is, then I wish her the best. I am sure she will handle it responsibly and try to be the best possible mother. she certainly does not have to worry about financial support like so many young moms! If she is pregnant, I wonder if she will marry Felix or perhaps she will be a single mom like her aunt Stephanie. I am not saying she is or she isn't. I'm just saying, if she is, which I hope she isn't, but if she is, I wish her the very best.

hey guys. i searched felix winckler on the net (this guy intrigued me, i only wanted to know his ancestry) and i found out where he lives in paris! if indeed it is him... well anyway its very likely since his name isn't very common. there were only a few wincklers and just one felix.

he lives in r. saints peres, i have the number but i don't have to post that. so anyhow, is that far from where the casiraghis live in paris? from where they go to school?

lol it's hard to tell...in some pics she looks pregnant in others it just looks like she had a mini beer gut...but then there is the issue of manipulation of pictures so until it is confirmed she is pregnant we can on speculate

The strange thing was her getting dizzy while shopping. It can be just the hot weather but after sailing for so many days, one get used to the weather too. We will see after some months.
