She was on the Bride's side. Take a look at the chart - it is fascinating.

Another "fascinating" example, Tiggy made it on the grooms side, albeit behind the choir, so not the best spot. Still, I was a bit surprised she made it into the choir.

Don't get me wrong - it's their wedding and they get to do as they please. But the seating chart drove home to me how little I know about them with some things.

Tiggy has always been close with Harry. She was one of the few people Harry took Meghan to meet. It was during their trip to Wales. They stopped at Tiggy's place in Wales while they were "in the neighborhood".

I hope Sir Elton & Lady John were better mannered at yesterday's wedding than they were at the Cambridges... A friend who was an Usher on duty at Westminster Abbey that day, told me - when immediately and politely shown to their seats, they INSISTED they weren't 'suitable' and declined to sit down.
Only after being told ,'in no uncertain terms', [by the official running the entire shindig] that no alternative seats were available and 'it was there or nowhere', did they pipe down and behave..

It would be so much better if a guest list was published. I wondered about several members of the extended BRF that I didn't see on the day's TV coverage but have come here and read that others did spot them. Often the TV coverage and commentators lingered on the celebrity component and left others.

I didn't see Harry's great friend Tom (Skip) Inskip for instance, whose wedding in Jamaica Harry and Meghan attended a few months ago. Not a mention in any media source I've looked at.

Also, how about Hugh and Rose van Cutsem: not there or not noticed?

I hope there will be many opportunities for her to visit with Harry and Meghan in the future, in the UK and in the US.

Mrs. Ward's late husband was one of Harry's godfathers. And one of Mrs. van Cutsem's granddaughters is one of the bridesmaids-her sons are close friends of Harry and William as well.

I was expecting Ashleigh to be there. She didn’t deserve to pay for her mother’s sins. She seemed to be close to her aunt, Meghan has always talked very fondly of her in her Instagram, of how amazing her lawyer niece was. And she was the one that helped her with Rachel Zane’s characterization, so they were in touch even after Meghan’s estrangement with Ashleigh’s mom.
Even if they were not so close in the very recent years, she is still family. I get not inviting the awful members just because of blood, but it didn’t seem to be Ashleigh’s case. Maybe she was in the Nave?
