After the incident of 2005, much people have dedicated themselves to scrutinize the Christmas card of 2006 and have realised that Infanta Leonor lacks her left leg, on the picture.
"Let's have some common sense", says the Royal House, a little tired of this kind of controversies. "The Infanta, as the little girl she is, has little stability, as she's still learning to walk, so she put the foot as that and it accidentally was hidden on the photo, but that does not mean it is not there. I can assure you that it is an original photo, that it has not been manipulated and, if you wish to, ask a photographer, to see what he says about it".
As a matter of fact, several professionals consulted by us have showed that it is almost impossible to be photoshoped picture and they also realise that the left foot clearly rests on the carpet, with the corresponding shades.
"Besides - a spokesman of the Royal House insists - why would one cut the foot? What's the aim? The girl is the girl, and she is at home. There's no need to do a photoshoped card.
