These were great - and it was fun to see young Elizabeth ham it up! It kicked my image of "Liz is staid and Margaret is the diva" to the curb!

I have a dumb question which I guess can go here - it does say it is for pictures. Why does QE look blonde in her wedding photos? Is it a trick of the light or was she actually blonde at the time?
 
It's a good question. I wondered that myself but figured it was just the lighting. Anyone have a clue? I have to say this is a beautiful picture of her.

I don't even think she looks blonde in that picture.

Those pictures make more sense. This one and several others like it are floating around pinterest so I was just wondering.
 
That is one of my favorites of HM and PP. Not to mention, the earrings are gorgeous. :flowers:
 
There doesn't appear to be a thread with photos of QEII, if so I've missed it.
