Water is the lifeblood of all. Prince Charles' speech hits the nail on the head and it is wonderful to see a room full of like minded people.

Who would not agree with water protection?

In some parts of Australia, big business still wants to risk fracking. ??
In other parts the rivers are left dry due to the government giving financial incentives to large farmers (often foreign owned) to dig immense dams to capture the water before it enters the river. Thus people and creatures and plants lower down the river are left bone dry.
Still other ridiculous trading of water occurs - again sometimes to foreign or city entities.
How foolish are our leaders to not protect natural river flows, water tables and drinking water? We are living beyond our means; in terms of water usage.
We conserve water and do the right thing in our small neighbourhoods but large wasteful schemes dwarf our efforts. It makes me mad.

It also upsets me to see prime, fertile, food growing land with secure rainfall being concreted over to appease developers.
I am so happy to see a room full of learned scientific leaders speaking sense.

Iike he hasn't got enough already! [emoji847]

When Charles was born, they found out that brakes had not been installed on this model. He doesn't stop. He truly is an "action man".

But seriously though, this is another organization that he cares about that not only shows his believes that our future is in the hands of the young people growing up but also he embraces the diversity of religion in the realm that he will be king of one day. ?
