I was looking at the video again, she is matching the blouse and make up to the flowers in the background, When I see the whole of it then the color looks better on her.

Yep - the outfit was picked for the scene. I also think there was something with he lighting - possibility soft lighting or a filter to make it more romantic or dreamy. It is TV makeup and a rather stern hairstyle. The make up and the hairstyle don't really fit with the way it was shot. Make up and Hair is business and serious - shoot, scene and lighting say romantic?
I personally don't like the cut of blouse - reminds me of blouses my gran used to make me wear to go to church ? But it might be the fashion, I guess.
Yes, it seems like everything was studied to appear authentic, but you really are authentic when you don't put so much effort to be like that.
All these soft colors, soft lights... it seems like she's "trying" to soften her image.
Furthermore, having studied color analysis, Meghan belongs to Deep Autumn. She's supposed to avoid soft, pastel, and toned-down colours, together with white and black.
That cold lipstick doesn't suit her.
You can see the difference when she's wearing her trademark peach nude lipstick, that makes her look an effortlessly beauty.

I think it's the lilac (?) make-up - not her colour and somehow makes her look as if she has an allergy to the beautiful flowers that can be seen in the background.
No it is unseasonably warm now. I am very surprised to see her wearing a heavy coat and warm scarf.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry kept it casual for a Sunday afternoon outing in Beverly Hills.
Dressed in jeans and a gray long-sleeved T-shirt and sneakers, Harry, 36, kept close to Meghan, 39, who bundled up in a brown $375 J.Crew coat, a black top, jeans and knee-high boots.
Yes it can be that way up in SB Co. However the photo was taken in Beverly Hills on Sunday when it was in the high 70's.I have been to the Santa Barbara County Mountains just north of there and it gets as low as the 30's at night but can shoot up to the 60's in the afternoon. I was up there on military maneuvers for a month this time of year. Trust me...you need a coat.
I suppose if one knew their whole itinerary for the day the degrees could be more exacting. I wasn't there...so I have no idea.Yes it can be that way up in SB Co. However the photo was taken in Beverly Hills on Sunday when it was in the high 70's.
