Very nice cards this year, all the children look so cute and lovely. I especially like the card of Felipe and Letizia with their daughters, they look so relaxed and happy.

I love the pictures although I would love it better if their Majesties, Infanta Elena and the Dukes of Palma are included in the xmas cards. Leonor is such a Borbon whereas Sofia has the Ortiz genes. I adore Irene, her blonde hair and pink cheeks. Lovely children.

I wish Elena and Christina would make their cards look more "festive". It looks like the pictures were taken in the summer time. It doesn't reflect the holiday imo.

I simply adore Sofia with that beautiful long, blonde hair and don't even make me start about Leonor, she is simply the most lovable and beautiful princess I've ever seen!
I have to say that Felipe Froilans handwriting is AMAZING, I wish mine was that beautiful!

Great pics for this year! OK the Kings seem to be done with portraits but the rest is adorable. The Asturias' card is the best they've had so far in 5 years, nice family shoot with festive atmosphere. Glad to see a happy shot of Felipe & Victoria after what they had to go through this year.

Cristina and Inaki have the most beautiful and relaxed bunch of kids by a mile. They look happy, normal and like a close sibling unit, all four of them. They are lucky that they will be able to lead a pretty normal but still privileged life without having to answer to duty.

Those children are just precious. They have grown up so much, Christinas boys look really mischievous and happy with their big grins and Leonor and Sofia take my breath away all the time. They are so cute!

While all these young princesses are cute, adorable, and pretty in their own way, I have to say that Leonor is the most beautiful of all. She really looks like a living doll. She looked so much like her dad and grandma when she was younger but now I think she looks more and more like her mom.

But I'm noticing that, like 2008, there are not Christmas symboles at these "Christmas cards", maybe only at the first one (Sofía and Juan Carlos's one). The others are simple family pics, and the last two ones ( Elena and Cristina's children) are pics that are not taken in this time of the year. My father was in Madrid until the past week and he told me it was almost snowing. There was a GREAT cold, as every year at Christmas season. Why are these children dressed as if they were in the middle of the summer season? Mmmmmhhh.

Apart from the Kings' card I think the Asturias' card is quite ok, the girls wear dresses but it's clearly taken in colder weather therefore the picture is at least a little festive. For the same reason I think that last years' picture on the picnic blanket and both Elena's and Cristina's cards (last year and this year) did not hit the mark when showing the kids in swimming outfits or summer clothes.

Having said that, at least in the Asturias' case, these Xmas cards are a rare opportunity to see them as a family at all, since the occasions on when the girls are seen in public during the year can be counted on one hand: Easter, Summer Holidays in Mallorca, the odd family event / birthday.

I like especially Elena's card, with her kids during some activity. Cristinas & Inakis kids are nice to watch but C&I are having kids posing pictures at least since 2007, quite boring. Elena has been quite creative in the past with her cards.

I wonder if casareal will publish HQs on their website or if the Infantas will become "private" in terms of Xmas cards.
