I like and don't like. The outfit is gorgeous but I would prefer it either buttoned or with a simple t-shirt inside and not this blouse.
As for the boots, I say no. But they are suitable with the outside snow.

I agree. I personally don't like it. I don´t like boots, although it was snowing ,she was in a hotel, some shoes with high heels, white, I think that the dress would have improved. The jacket and skirt are pretty, but the open jacket is not pretty, in my opinion it would have been more beautiful with the jacket closed and fully buttoned. Regarding her hairstyle, for me it is horrible, in my opinion, I'm not a stylist, this is a wedding, the hairstyle would have been more beautiful collected.
