Her presence was announced, but it seems that Princess Claire couldn't make it.
Nice to see King Albert again, he clearly has trouble walking, but looks rather well for his age, and he's well supported by Astrid

King Albert looks frail but in good spirits, one can tell he's making an effort for his son. Disappointed (but not surprised) about Claire's absence.

And gives stupid statements to the press, whining about feeling "like an immigrant" and going back to the endless tirade about social security. I have a soft spot for him, but today he behaved badly. He should have tried to SHUT UP after his wife's no-show.

Prince Laurent only seems to be happy when he's whining ,the press should have asked him where was the ever absent wife!
