King to meet President Biden in Washington on Friday

His Majesty King Abdullah is scheduled to meet with United States President Joseph Biden at the White House on Friday.

The meeting will cover the strategic partnership between Jordan and the United States, and ways to bolster it across all sectors, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
 
Yesterday, May 12, King Abdullah and Crown Prince Al Hussein met with US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin at the Pentagon, and had meetings with US Agency for International Development Administrator Samantha Power and US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan:

Prince Ali, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Royal Film Commission of Jordan, attended the launching ceremony of the third Amman International Film Festival - the first film, at the Al Hussein Cultural Center in Amman.

The opening ceremony was also attended by Prince Mired bin Raad, Princess Rym Ali and Princess Dina Mired.
