Good to see that the King has started to take his Crown Prince on official visits abroad. Well, could be easy to say as they are on summer vacation and he could learn a few lessons from such trips as many more to come in the future.

Was this a one day visit?

HH The Emir Receives Jordanian Monarch

Doha, August 10 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Thani led well-wishers to welcome King Abdullah II of Jordan and his accompanying delegation upon arrival today at Doha International Airport on a one-day visit to Qatar. The Jordanian monarch was also welcomed by HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and a number of Their Excellencys the Emir''s sons.
King Abdullah II of Jordan is accompanied by Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, Prince Ali bin Al-Hussein and a number of ranking officials.

HH the Emir and Jordanian Monarch Hold Talks

Doha, August 10 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani held a session of talks at Al-Wajba Palace this evening with King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of Jordan. The session was attended by HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani. On the Jordanian side the session was attended by Crown Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, Prince Ali bin Al-Hussein and members of the accompanying delegation
Later, HH the Emir hosted an Iftar banquet in honour of the King of Jordan and members of the accompanying delegation.

Heir Apparent Leads Well-Wishers to See off Jordanian Monarch

Doha, August 10 (QNA) - HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani led well-wishers to see off King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan and the accompanying delegation upon their departure at Doha International Airport this evening after a visit to Qatar.

King to receive proposed constitutional amendments today | Jordan Times
King Abdullah is scheduled to receive today the recommendations of the Royal committee entrusted with reviewing the Constitution, which was formed in April under the King’s directives.
On the occasion, King Abdullah will deliver a speech at Raghadan Palace in the presence of several Royal family members, heads and members of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities along with senior officials, politicians, diplomats and media personnel, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
