Apart from her McQueen coat and Rossi pumps, her bag in this photo with Victoria Beckham is from Miu Miu's Resort 2015 collection. "Madras" bag in tan & clay colour ($2,040).

You are right! I haven't noticed it! The gray piece with the cut outs could be Christopher Kane? It looks like a cut out peplum top

It is actually the grey "Lullaby" cut out top by Cushnie et Ochs.

About her trousers, I think it is possible that it is also by Cushnie et Ochs from the same collection (link), but I am not too sure as it isn't the same colour.

The top is surely this brand, Cushnie et Ochs, cut outs are the signature of the brand I have read. As for the pants, I dont' think is the same. Thanks a lot for the finding!

I agree. She has combined the checked pants with a blouse with orange/green embroidery and green belt, not so bad but not so elegant. I suppose that the shirt/blouse must be some kind of traditional piece
