Yes it´s. She has worn the belt since 2008.
That new thoub is similar to Princess Iman´s thoub (the one she wore during the opening of the Parliament) and it´s very beautiful I like it.
 
Everything about her appearance was lovely IMO. I like how she added a belt to her thoub, looked great!

the skirt must not be the best i've seen on her but the overall look is quit nice and very well matched;she looks very elegant and i like the hair.
 
I think she looks OK but she could try to recycle any of her clothes and shoes.

Very interesting bag and the heels look so different at close up, I though they was just a pair of brown suede heels but not, they are more complicated. Thanks for the close ups

The coat must be Giambattista Valli or some other designer she likes a lot, it is a design that catches the eye

i am not fun,i am afraid the blouse make the outfit look like school uniform,
not impressed with the pink details on the coat too;the hair is nice and the bag is the best piece:)

The top could be more interesting with black skirt or trousers but this combination just not.

I think this is such a pretty outfit. The velvet top is ideal for this time of month and the printed skirt does match well.

Disappointing outfit, looks like heavy silk which I am not fond of. Something is off with the outfit but I do like the color combo.

such a mess , it doesn't make any sense, I didn't like it at all , But indeed it would looks better with black tight skirt .

Not my cup of tea , I like the skirt but it would looks much better with shorter length than that , the colour of the top is suitable but I did't like the design of it
