The necklace is looking very diminutive, IMO, and just not to the size and scale of the tiara and earrings.

It is new, but she wore it before. I think she first wore it in Norway at Ingrid Alexandra’s birthday gala.

She did indeed, it is by Graff diamonds and she seems to have acquired it not too long ago. She has also worn it at Schloss Bellevue in Berlin during their statevisit in the beginning of december 2023.

Indeed, a very useful addition to Mathilde's jewel chest. I hope there is a co-ordinating necklace as well that Mathilde ahs acquired.

For the state dinner in Paris last night, Mathilde also wore her large butterfly brooch as a hair ornament yesterday.

I never noticed the brooch in her hair and seeing there were no tiaras it was the next best option.

Queen Mathilde has been doing a great job of gradually adding the very depleted Belgian jewellery collection. I thought it would be good to have a thread where we could discuss various acquisitions made to made, and also potential areas or types of jewellery she could buy.
