I believe the photo was taken in Greece ???

Hope she has a lovely day. It seems she and Matthew Kumar are still together even though we have no news of the wedding.

Matthew Kumar has been put on probation for a year (as was advised in May) with a 90-day suspension period starting September 4, see this post (with link to official document) at Royal Musings.
Oh boy, oh my darling boy!
8 years in the waiting for the wedding to actually take place and now this, excluding my preference for a royal wedding in Greece, perhaps they should've gotten married discretely in America.

This has been in the making for at least 1 1/2 years. See previous posts in this topic. He first mingled client's money with his own money (the original problem) - although without a disadvantage for his client; and later on did not respond to multiple requests from the State Bar. He claimed this was because of a serious accident that took place last year in Germany which meant he stayed there for several months (including a hospital stay) - but only sprung into action when his license was to be revoked and even after that hasn't been that forthcoming with information.

Yes, I now.

A possible reason for the further delay of the wedding?

Will Princess Theodora and Matthew Kumar ever get married?
The fact that Matthew has been on probation re: his law license for co-mingling clients funds and other things is not new to this thread. Yes, it's a big deal. I've made my concerns re: Matthew for some time. In all honesty I'm not a big fan of Mr. Kumar. But now, going forward, he and Princess Theodora are now married.

The got engaged in November 2018 so it is close to 6 years which is a very long engagement, but not 8 years

Wow. I'm surprised by Kumar's decision to let such a thing happen. Perhaps (and I certainly he hope) he has another business venture unbeknownst to us that is very lucrative or at least can support him and his new bride.
Money and finances are a leading source for creating problems in a marriage.

He was already suspended as part of his disciplinary action. Given his lack of cooperation over the last few years, I am not surprised that he again didn't comply. He has been given several chances to rectify the situation and each time he has chosen not to do so or be (very) late in doing so, so, it is the best interest of the people of California that he is cannot practice law - as he doesn't take things seriously anyways.

Looks like he wants to be out of practicing law, why else would he have acted as he has in the past. As Alisa suggested upthread he might have some other business in mind to support himself and his wife.
I still find it a bit strange, that he doesn't go forward saying that he quit his law practice and is planning another business.
Is Theodora still earning her own money as an actress? With all that competition in LA in the movie and tv industry I could imagine it is getting difficult or her too.

Theodora AFAIK hasn't had an acting role in many years. I am not sure she even still considers herself an actress.

I would be very surprised if she didn't benefit from income from a trust fund set up by her late father for her.

It is obvious to me that Matthew does not want to continue practicing law. From the beginning, if he had simply responded to the requests, his sanction would have been less, he could have even avoided losing his license...however, he has done nothing to prevent his license from being revoked. I have been saying this for quite some time, I even think that before Theodora's wedding, this news had already been given, now it is firm...
It is obvious that he does not want to continue practicing law. I imagine that he has other professional plans and who knows, it is possible that Theodora and Matthew will not continue living in California either.
Regarding Princess Theodora, it is true that she has not played any film roles, but I have heard that she has participated in plays.

I agree, but it would have been better for his reputation if he had finished his career as a lawyer in a more decent way. But, we don't know the reasons for his decisions.
If it is so, as Moonmaiden suggested, that Theodora has enough money to live on by a trust, they don't have to worry about financial issues. But they are still young, I cannot imagine that at that age you would simply retire and just live on Theodora's money.

From the explanations Matthew put in the court filings a few months ago, it sounded like he wanted to straighten everything out, but with confusion about his status, physical injuries, and emotional difficulties dealing with everything, he was unable to get it all sorted.

Theo's family seems very fond of Matthew. But I bet that would all change in an instant if he decided to sit around and be supported by his Royal wife's generous trust.🙁

I just can't see it going down that way. California is a very expensive state to live under even normal circumstances let alone maintain the type of Royal-adjacent life that Theo is accustomed to living, with frequent trips to Europe for Royal events, holidays, etc.

I agree with Lipe that they will probably not settle in Southern California. But what are the alternatives?

NYC and London are even more expensive than Los Angeles. Are they planning to live in Athens to be closer to Theo's mother?

If he truly wanted to straighten things out, he should be now have taken the required course.
