I actually like this outfit on Anne. I wish there was a photo of her showing the front of it. It looks like she's wearing a black blouse under the jacket so there's some nice color coordination. Her hat looks interesting.
It's definately a vast improvement from her previous outfit. That's for sure!
She simply doesn't care how she looks, I think. But she should do something for her hair at least, it doesn't look too healthy to me.
But can this really be classified as a fascinator? It looks like she just plopped a few flowers on her head.

A fascinator is a headpiece that's shaped like a saucer with a decoration on it that's worn tilted on the head instead of a hat. If you check Countess Sophie's thread she has worn one recently at Ascot with the white and black dress. Hope that helps.

After seeing pics of the full outfit, I quite like this fuscia ensemble. It has a nice cut and colour. And the decoration around the collar add a nice feminie touch!
Anne knows how to keep us 'interested' and that's a good thing. Am I wrong?
