Well the cigarette pack is wraped in that foil and Alex has her hands between the cigarette pack and the foil. I don't know how to explain it in another way. Sorry.

Yes, it's the plastic wrap, of course. I think tbhrc was trying to say the same thing, but was using the word "foil" by mistake. "foil" is actually something else, a grey-colored metallic material used to wrap around food, for example, to keep it fresh. But anyhow, it's cleared up. I think we all know what was intended. Thanks for the explanation. That makes the pics even funnier, Alex having her hands like that. No wonder Caroline was so amused.
