They visited local shops, organisations and communities. The Prince of Wales joined a conversation about hate crime towards the Chinese and wider East and South-East Asian Communities. The Duchess of Cornwall visited the Chinese Information and Advice Centre and meets with police officers, immigration case workers and clients.

That's an interesting statement. I'm sure we're all keen to see this dreadful situation in Ukraine brought to an end as soon as possible, and feel the deepest sympathy for all the innocent people affected. That's in Russia as well as Ukraine: Russian soldiers are being killed in a war in which most of them have no interest, and their worried families and friends don't know where they are or what's happening to them. The devastation of people's lives and homes is horrendous. But it's unusual for a senior royal to speak out like that on a political matter.

What a very poignant visit to the Cathedral of the Holy Family in London,the duchess was very moved by the end.

This is one thing that I've always admired about Charles (and Camilla). Charles has a deep respect for all religious faiths and isn't above participating in their communities and their services. I seem to recall vaguely that he's even stated that he'd like to be known as "Defender of Faith" rather than the "Defender of the faith". He's actively demonstrated this by his involvement in so many different segments of faiths in the UK.

In this day and age, it is far better to be seen as someone who unites rather than as one that divides and in so many ways, Charles has proven himself to be one that brings people together in so many ways for the good of all. I admire that.
