The negative test is only valid for the day the test is taken, it doesn't say anything about the day after. According to this article, Sofia is tested regularly due to her work at Sophiahemmet, and most likely she have caught it there and infected her husband. Depending on her work schedule, she could have been infected after the funeral.
IF they include the Court staff it doesn't seem that much, especially if they don't all work full time just for the RF or have different areas of expertise.
I assumed all 6 would work full-time for the court (as full-time work seems to be the normal practice in Sweden); assuming that they don't have specialists just for the royal family/court but would go to a hospital in that case. For comparison, 6 of them would be responsible for over 12.000 patients in the Netherlands.
God bless her. As if breathing while pregnant wasn't a challenge enough now she has to breathe while pregnant wearing a mask and a face shield.
Anyway, did they reveal the sex of the baby beforehand with their pror pregnancies?
