I am very surprised that Albert didn't thank people for their good wishes towards his wife. She is the Princess of Monaco after all and I don't think he should have completely bypassed the issue the way he did.

Sophie25 I understand what you mean and are saying. We don’t know what’s behind the scenes, how they all feel. It is hard for them. Maybe the Princess asked nothing be mentioned about her. It may have nothing to do with her husband. Only they know. It’s been a trying year, hard year for many. Hoping next year is a lot better for everyone.

Today, the Monegasque Olympic Committee (COM) officially presented the athletes who will represent the Principality at the Winter Olympics in the presence of Prince Albert

Pascal Camia, the first Monegasque athlete to have won the Six Stars Medal, presented it this morning to H..H. Prince Albert as part of a fundraiser. This medal rewards his participation in the six most important marathons in the world: Berlin, Boston, Chicago, London, New York and Tokyo.
