Congratulations to the couple! I hope they will have a happy marriage.
At the same time, I can not help, but wonder what Princess Michael really thinks of this union...
I always expected Princess Michael's son to be married to a lady equal to him or a member of some "old money" family. I just dare to presume that a bohemian profession such as acting is not Princess Michael's cup of tea. Well... I might be wrong ... It remains to be seen how things will turn out for the couple in question.Because Fred's fiancee isn't royal or aristocratic, you mean?

A person in the line of succession who marries someone of the Jewish faith retains his/her place. The only prohibition is on marrying Roman Catholics.Somone on another site said Ms. Winkelman is Jewish. Does this mean their children will be raised Jewish? Does this mean that Lord F. has been excluded from his place in line to the throne (not that it really matters as he's so far down to ever sit upon it, but still . . . ) or it that only if he were to marry a Catholic? Have any other people of the Jewish faith married into the BRF in recent times?
He always reminded me of the Duke of Clarence in looks.
Lord Nicholas Windsor, late 2006.when's the last time a royal man whose only title was "Lord" married?
Me, too: http://i667.photobucket.com/albums/vv31/ellakay/royal lookalikes/dukeofclarence-fredwindsor.jpg
Here's something I was thinking about: when's the last time a royal man whose only title was "Lord" married? Won't this be our first new "Lady ______ Windsor" in quite a while? Lady Sophie Windsor does sound quite well, I think.
congratulations to Freddie and Sophie
I wonder will we see many pictures of the wedding - i couldnt image a big turn out of the major royals but would say that it will be well attended by the gloucesters and kents
The photograph of Lord Frederick in this Daily Mail link is far more complimentary than the usual pics we see.
