Can anyone ID the gold brooch worn by the Infanta Elena back in 2014?

Queen Ena's pearls
Sadly these are no longer with the Spanish RF
The six strand pearl necklace came from Queen Maria Cristina who gave them to Queen Ena who in turn left them to her daughter, the Infanta Beatriz.
The Infanta Beatriz lent them to Princes Sofia in June 1962 to wear to the Vatican.

The Persian turquoise suite of the late Infanta Pilar ,Duchess of Badajoz .The turquoise suite was a Wedding gift from a Ladies association from Barcelona.
The Infanta wore the jewels at quite a few events ,most notably at the Investiture of Queen Beatrix in 1980.
The turquoise jewels were later remodelled and given to her daughter in law Barbara Cano as a wedding gift.

A look at the Calabria Button diamond Tiara worn by Princess Cristian of Bourbon ,Princess Maria Paloma in its tiara form and also the button have been used as broochers by the current duchess of Calabria and Dowager Duchess too.

Queen Victoria Eugenie’s Diamond Rivière ,these have been mainly worn by Queen Sofia in the past but like most other jewellery largely neglected by Letizia.
Queen Victoria Eugenie’s Diamond Rivière
As mentioned in the link, Queen Letizia wore a shorter version of Queen Ena's Diamond Rivière twice: first at Emperor Naruhito's enthronement and, later, at a state dinner in Madrid in honor of the President of Italy.

So that's 2 appearances in 10 years.

Thanks for posting the link.
The cental button on the tiara has been replaced by a diamond fleur de lys element. Imo that looks very nice.

Yes indeed I believe it was a wedding gift from the groom and very appropriate too with the Spanish Borbons!
