If you knew personally the Savoy family, you would not be surprised from the use of coarse language or gesture...
We have not the 5 secs delay in Italy...
Why did he feel the need to use coarse and vulgar language?
I only seem to comment on this thread when Clotilde has done something with her hair.. I'm really not that shallow!!
But I totally agree with Iceflower; Clotilde does look younger and better with darker hair! She also appears much healthier and fresher, since the blonde colour made her look so pale and tired IMO.
By the way, it's nice to see them out together again.
Why does he feel the need to go to interviews to deny rumours?? If they had a sit down already he should leave it at that and go on to prove all these are just that......rumours.....
Do you have the 5 second delay on Italian TV or you could hear everything he said uncut?
This sounds more like-self-deprecating humour on E-F's part....he answered that it is envy as he is so funny and successful on the media...(sic!)
Image-management crisis control is common the world over. Every PR handbook would have a chapter (and more!) on this subject.... the Savoy family members, when facing media incidents, often try to fix it by appearing on charity or church events soon after.

Hi,
Clotilde COUREAU will play next September in Paris in the Theatre de la Madeleine a play by Sacha GUITRY called "faisons un rêve" (= let's have a dream).

It seems that EF is doing all that he can to find a place for the Savoy royals in the Italy of the 21st century -
After years of the disgraceful behavior of his father, EF is trying to bolster up the family's name and reputation.
Seems like a good Public Relations specialist could do wonders for this family as EF is on very good behavior on some days and then acts like a spoiled brat and lothario on other days.

Prince Emanuele will dance in the reality show "Ballando con le stelle" ("Dancing with the stars") just because he has "a family to maintain". According to corriere.it he already begun his dance lessons, his o5-year old daughter Victoria who is studying the dance sometimes is asking him if he can do this or another step.
These two families are turning into the Hatfields and the McCoys of Royalty.......Very undignified I believe.

Right!I really can't understand him! He doesn't need money, but money seems to be never enough for them! They always give the impression that they want to make more and more money, no matters how! Do you remember that, as soon as they were allowed to come to Italy, EF was hired and well paid, of course, for the Tv commercial of pickle food?I agree. That's the general impression here.
I don't want to take the thread off topic but this warrants a correction. Ann Claire Pahlbod is an actress and an Iranian princess's grand-daughter. The show was a spoof of reality TV, and obviously a good one as some still think it was real. It was no more 'real life' than "This is Spinal Tap" was a documentary.Remember "Love Is in the Heir" (2004) staring Alleged Iranian Princess Ann Claire Van Shaick Pahlavi?
I share your views on the lack of PR, but we can all see a bigger problem behind that: a deep lack of ethics, values and substance.
I am not sure that a professional PR, as good as he/she maybe, would be effective in making up for such a gap....
For instance, do you think that an hairdresser could really turn a really ugly person into Mr/Miss Universe? I'd rather call him Harry Potter....
"I don't know how to dance," he said. "I've been learning recently with an exceptional master.
I'm exhausted but I'm also having a lot of fun." While he expected criticism from monarchists
for his decision to take part in the show, he said: "I intend to live in our times. We are practically
in the year 2010. I have a family with two children to maintain – I've worked since I was 19
and no one has given me anything."
