Edward is going as well. But in January, to Switzerland.
Kandahar Ski Club, will attend the Inferno Downhill Ski Competition in Murren
I would love to be a part of their staff. For sure I have a lot of dedication to do so. But my qualifications even more surely lack a lot of things they will want.
PS. Me too. It's from her visit to RAF Vittering.

I am pretty sure my qualifications are no good to them either! Don't think they are going to need a midwife again! :D

The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall have been staying privately at Sandringham for the past few days.

Attending church with them this morning were King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway, and the Earl and Countess of Wessex.
 
Ohh Norwegian royals. I wonder why Edward and Sophie are there - how random. Nice of them to be invited though and spend time with the others.
 
I loved her hairstyle - it was so beautiful and suitable. I still love the navy blue Valentino dress. I am not a fan of the black skirt simply because it's very short.

Thanks for finding the photo's, Anna. Shame there are no photos of the group going to church at Sandringham. It was quite a trek to go for Edward and Sophie just for church, and they aren't as close to Charles and Camilla as you said. Nice of them to go though.
 
Seems like the Wessex's joined Charles & Camilla at Sandringham for a pre-Christmas party. Charles & Camilla usually host a weekend party there before Christmas.
 
I love that the Wessex's attended as they don't seem overly close to Charles and Camilla. Shame there are no photos of the group attending church as would be nice to see them with the Norwegian's.
 
I agree, I was trying to find some, but nothing, according to Majesty it was a member of public who share that info.

As for Countess black short skirt, actually it's a dress. My first ID was incorrect. It is by Joseph. I have bought via Zinio latest Hello magazine, and there is an article on Countess visit to LCF and Wallace Collection. And they shared info, that she wore a Joseph dress. So I did more digging and located it only in red.

Ahh it's a dress, Anna. It's still a bit too short me really, but the red is nicer.

I asked for more pics of event in Canada, 50th Royal Gala, and they just kindly shared them. Btw I asked so I could see that amazing necklace and pics are big enough to see it. Maybe not in the tiniest detail, but it's the best pics with view on it. I'm wondering if it was a gift from 2012 November. The one that was stated in the royal gifts notes - it was given by the Amir of Kuwait (during state visit in November 2012), a ring, necklace, earrings.
In those pics you can see necklace and earrings (earrings were first seen during gala in Czech Republic). New ring was spotted at Remembrance Festival, and later in Hong Kong Gala.

You know I secretly hoped James and Louise would go, or at least Louise, and they did! That made me very happy. It gives me hope that James will attend Christmas this year. I LOVE his shirt, it's so dapper. Louise's little horse riding ensemble is even cuter.

Anna - I clicked through 3 pages. Forgive my US naivete, but does the royal family really go to these things only to avoid one another - or avoid the press seeing one with family? This seems so awkward.
 
The Gloucester's arrived after or before the Wessex's so we don't see them meeting each other, and they are not sitting beside each other during the show. I am sure they met after or before the show, we just don't see it. William attended the day after. Cute note - he received the same teddy for George that James also received. :)

Though the CC reports that the Wessex's went in the afternoon, whereas the Gloucester's went in the evening....I could swear I saw them in the photo of them watching but really far apart. I could be completely mistaken though.

I've not been able to see Louise and James in any of the pictures, but that could be attributed to my bad eye sight. In any case, I'm glad they were able to go with their parents. I'm sure they all had a great time.
