Goodness, that's a horrid outfit, IMO. The dress is okay, but those tights and the ugly necklace!

Maxima's hairdo was really appealing this time; she should wear it more often I think. The dress itself wasn't bad unlike the aweful tights and mismatching shoes.

I agree brown and grey are colours that donot and should never been seen together. That was once a very strict fashion rule.. she is doing this matchy matchy thing is she or am I just seeing something that isn't there?

The dress is very pretty, but do the boots go with it? The dress seems somewhat light and to pair it with these boots doesn't seem the way to go. Maxima always looks dishevelled to me, but that's JMHO.
