although their rulers haven't exactly been paragons of virtue, Monaco still has Roman Catholicism as its state religion...
Albert's child out of wedlock still is not in line to the throne, along with Camille (though this may be more of a political nature than religious, the problem does have its roots in the marriage, blessed by the Church, of the parents), and Caroline had difficulty in the beginning with ending her marriage to Junot and for her and Stefano to have a true marriage (for the Church at least), her first marriage still had to be annulled by the Church and her kids considered illegitimate until the annullment...
most of the mistakes made by the family were related to marriage...abortion is an entirely different thing though...

LadyEsquire, thank you for clearing things up. The only thing we can do is wait and see how these speculations evolve.

I do hope she has only gained some weight. A pregnancy at this stage on her age might have a bad influence to the reputation of the Princely Family of Monaco.

Who cares about the reputation of the Monaco Royals in this matter!!? My only concern if the pregnancy story is true is Charlotte! She only just turned 19!!! But well, I don't believe she is pregnant unless the Monaco Royals anounce it...

This talk of Charlotte being pregnant is just full of speculation and gossip. A thread on this topic has alreadgy been locked. No one knows for sure if she is pregnant or if she is not. I suggest that everyone just wait and see.

They are knockoffs, dresses that "normal" people can afford. Most people can't afford an Alberta Ferretti that costs thousands of dollars. That's why I found these.

Tigerlilly, My problem is not with you personally. You have not done anything to me to excuse me having any problem with you personally. I just thought it was weird that you felt it necessary to point that out when I mentioned in my original posting on the topic that the dresses were only knockoffs, not the actual dress she wore. Since I stated that in very plain terms in the post as well as on the website, why was it necessary to give me a "notice" about it? It's ok, all is done, no harm done, but I just thought it was odd, that's all.
