Sheikh Mohammed is known for his authoritative nature. Given his history, it's likely that he would react strongly to any public defiance she/he does. He isn't the kind of father that would hold her while she cries her heart out (i know i am bit dramatic, but thats not the point). Also, the family pretty much ignores her, like they mostly ignore some of the half siblings.
Understand he does not like to be exposed. Furthermore Mahra used to live quite differently than her Emirati siblings. Don't forget the pictures of her giving birth. I doubt than anyone of her half sisters would expese herself like this. I'm not so sure if myself I would do so.. and I'm simply European.
