In the evening Máxima attended the 5th anniversary charity gala of the Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology in Amsterdam:

Apparently the charity gala was not listed in the agenda of the Royal Family and not communicated with journalists. The gala ended a week of fundraising for the Princess Máxima Center for Child Oncology. This was done on the radio station Radio538. In total a sum of 4,2 million Euros was raised.

I am not sure why Mariska Dietz is there, but she is a friend of the Queen [according to Linda magazine 'her best friend on Dutch soil'). She is an interior designer and was involved with the decoration of parts of Huis ten Bosch. She is married to businessman Theo Dietz, who is a friend of the King.

I saw a few clips on social media and she seemed to have some weird mannerisms. It is a bit of a distraction. For ex. at the end of this clip you can see her playing with her hair and smelling it!
