She's wearing the Habsburg button tiara with a Fleur de lys brooch.

It is a pity the pictures in the links above are not very clear. Bt it is indeed a diamond fleur de lys motiv in the central point of the tiara.

The flowers seem to be simular to what her aunt Pss Victoria wore during her wedding to a Greek business man.
