I have absolutely no idea as to the answer to your question but my goodness, that is absolutely lovely. I'd love to see that worn by the Princess of Wales or Princess Madeleine. Maybe even one of the younger princesses in line for a throne. Ingrid-Alexandra would be stunning in this.

It did belong to Imelda Marcos but was confiscated by the state after the Marcos were exiled.

According to several sources, including historian Trond Norèn Isaksen, this tiara was returned several years before Princess Ragnhild's passing in 2012, because she did not plan to use it anylonger. I believe her last tiara appearance was in 2008 (the pearl tiara) and the last time she wore the diamond tiara was in august 1993. However it is in the vault in Oslo waiting for use. What I have been informed is that they will make use of it for the next reign.
