This has been planned for a long time and it is natural that they divide missions and trips for Childhood between them. Childhood turns 25, many want to highlight the Queen's act and the impact it has had on children, both in Sweden and internationally. The National Property Board leases a historic premises to the World Childhood Foundation. The rental applies to 213 square meters in a listed palace.
The property (Ladugårdsbron 14) known as the Foreign Minister's Hotel was built in the 17th century and between 1800 and 1960s was the official residence for Sweden's foreign ministers. In recent years, the premises have been Svenska Handelsbanken's representative floor and office. The block also houses the Royal Academy of Music. The property owner, the National Property Board, renovated the premises in preparation for occupancy in October 2024.
