On July 3rd, Crown Prince Willem-Alexander has made a working visit to the Admiralty Board of the Royal Navy in Den Helder.
The Admiralty Board is the weekly management meeting of the Commander Naval Forces.

Crown Prince Willem-Alexander has attended the reception for Dutch austronaut André Kuipers in Noordwijk today, August 30, 2012.

Kuipers stayed 193 days at the International Space Station and returned on July 1. It was the longest space journey that a European astronaut has ever made.

And this evening, Willem-Alexander has attended the musical "Soldier of Orange" in Valkenburg.

The musical is performed by soldiers who were injured during their service in the army and it's based on the story of Dutch resistance fighter Erik Hazelhoff Roelfzema.

Today, September 1, Crown Prince Willem-Alexander attended the 25th national commemoration for the Dutch soldiers who fell during the war in the former Dutch East Indies and New Guinea between 1945 and 1962. The ceremony took place in Roermond at the national monument.

Crown Prince Willem-Alexander attended a meeting of the Constabulary Council (MARRA), the highest consultative body within the Royal Military Police today, September 4, 2012.

Crown Prince Willem-Alexander attended the opening of the new office of the poulty Vencomatic campus in Eersel today, September 13, 2012. The Venco campus, a building in the shape of an egg, is a joint accommodation for companies of the Venco group and provides space for international research and training for poultry.

Crown Prince Willem-Alexander was present at the launch of the Cinekid Media Route at the Zuiderzee school in Amsterdam today, September 14, 2012. Cinekid is a nationwide programme that focusses on media education for children.

Today, September 19, CP Willem-Alexander attended the opening of the faculty campus Hague, a branch of the university of Leiden, in The Hague.
The faculty of Leiden university offers academic education and research in politics, governance and international law.

Crown Prince Willem-Alexander has launched the Children Stamps Campaign 2012 at Eikenhorst in Wassenaar today, September 25, 2012. This year's campaign with the theme "Give children a safe home" runs from Wednesday, 26 September to Friday, October 5. The stamps show pictures of Amalia, Alexia and Ariane taken by Willem-Alexander.

For the last two days Crown Prince Willem-Alexander has visited the Dutch troops off the coast of Somalia who are working for the Operation Ocean Shield, NATO's contribution to international efforts to combat piracy off the Horn of Africa. The mission is led by the Dutch commander Bekkering.

Crown Prince Willem-Alexander has visited the children's farm/zoo Baalder in Hardenberg today, October 11. The project in which people with intellectual disabilities run the farm has won the Appeltje van Oranje award.

And later today Willem-Alexander has visited the townhouse de Tiphof in Geesbrug. De Tiphof houses a club for young and old people to play games, cook or join zumba classes.
