Svensk Damtidning tells that ABBA-Björn Ulvaeus bought Princess Madeleine's ex-fiancé Jonas Bergström's beautiful villa on Djurgården, to live there with his girlfriend Christina Sas.
Jonas and Stephanie Bergström moved in 2019 to Villa Stora Astringe. The three-story villa of 285 square meters has nine rooms and a kitchen, and was the couple's dream home. But now they have sold their house.
The buyer is Björn Ulvaeus. Eight months ago he and Christina Sas sought out Jonas and Stephanie to buy their villa, which wasn't for sale, and Jonas and Stephanie didn't want to sell the house in the first place.
Björn and Christina were so keen to get the house, that they personally came to the house and said they would double whatever the couple bought Villa Stora Astringe for. The villa was listed then for just over SEK 30 million. Jonas and Stephanie simply could not miss out on the profit deal. After negotiations, the house became Björn and Christina's for over SEK 60 million.

King Carl XVI Gustaf has the right of disposition over Royal Djurgården, which means that he must approve who is allowed to live there. So it was he who made sure that Jonas' house deal went through by approving Björn Ulvaeus as a buyer.
