Prince Jefri drops appeal - NYPOST.com
The couple accused of bilking Prince Jefri of Brunei out of millions can now feel free to live like royalty.
The Brunei Investment Agency has dropped its appeal of a $21 million Manhattan jury verdict in favor of Thomas Derbyshire and Faith Zaman, who once worked for Jefri, and settled all of its differences with the couple, records show.

Brunei Crown Prince arrives in S'pore on 5-day official visit
HRH Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah and HRH the Crown Princess Sarah arrived in Singapore yesterday on a five-day official visit.
The royal couple is accompanied by HRH Prince 'Abdul Malik, HRH Prince 'Abdul Muntaqim and HRH Princess Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah.
Also in the delegation is Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi.

Qatari Emir's visit to Brunei - January 18th, 2012

HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani was on one-day working visit in Brunei on January 18th, 2012.
The Crown Prince Billah greeted the Emir at the airport.

His Majesty visits RBAF Training Simulation Centre
In conjunction with the closing of the 10th Brunei International Skill At Arms Meet (BISAM) yesterday, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to visit the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Training Simulation Centre (tsc), a newly-established training facility for the Brunei's military that houses three of the latest simulation technology in Small Arms and Mortar Simulation Training located inside Penanjong Garrison.
Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince General Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince, Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and General of RBAF.

The current Monarch belongs to the House of Bolkiah.
Like many of the royal families, the Brunei royals don't apear to have a surname, just the name of the House.
The House itself was founded by Sultan Bolkiah, the fifth Sultan of Brunei, who ascended the throne of Brunei upon the abdication of his father, Sultan Sulaiman.

Perhaps you should post this under the azrinaz's thread few row dowm the board. She is no longer wih the royal family.
 
anyone here knows where i can find the Brunei royal family engagements in pictures? because the infofoto only starts in late 2011, so there are any archive prior to that.

Prince Abdu'l Fatta'ah al-Bolkiah of Brunei (b.8 March 1982) [son of Colonel Prince Haji Muhammad al-Bolkiah (b.1947) & his wife, Hajjah Zariah] married Princess Farini Amalina binti Feissal of Kelantan (Malaysia) [daughter of Prince Feissal ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ibrahim of Kelantan & his wife, Nik Syarifah nik Ja'afar] on 28 June.

HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has announced with great pleasure the name of his grandson Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muhammad Za'eem bin Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muhammad Ruzaini.

The royal baby is son to HRH Princess Hajah Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah, the Sultan's fourth daughter, and her husband YAM Pengiran Anak Muhammad Ruzaini Pengiran Dr Hj Mohd Yakub, who were married last September.
