^ I find the combination quite odd, certainly not one of Rania's best outfits though her hairstyle is beautiful.

not keen with the outfit too something is wrong maybe it's the belt.
the her hair and makeup are perfect though.

She's too thin for the cut and fabric of that dress. Such a clingy material needs something to hang on and flatter. This just hangs, and not in a good way.

The colour of the dress is beautiful; however, I don't think the style or the cut particularly suit Rania.
The clutch looks mismatched.

My guess is that the dress is by Roland Mouret. It must have been modified the 5th photo in the 3rd row
Based on the photos, the dress is not particularly flattering on Queen Rania.

i am afraid to say that dress don't suit Rania figure it needs a little bit more curve Imo.
however the detailing on the front look really nice,the color too.

I agree Queen Rania looks shockingly thin in these photos (maybe its the 'Kate effect'?). Love the handbag, is it styleized Arabic?
