Queen Mathilde's gown is a very forgiving style for a woman and it looks quite flattering but the emergency vehicle orange reflection on her face needs to come down more than a few shades to a softer, more flattering shade.

I don't mind the colour (it's Christmas!) but the three buttons (?) are odd, they're in a strange position, too low. Maybe better put them higher or just take them off.
