Wow, that’s bold and different. Fresh, interesting colour combination, with some beautiful fabrics. Glad to see that even as Queen, she shows confidence in moving away from ‘safe’ choices. I love her hair too.

Both times she has worn this gown I haven’t been too keen on the hairstyle.
I like the scarf on the first appearance in this gown.

The scarf really looked good. It was a great add-on. I think I prefer her hairstyle in the first appearance as well. Over-all her first appearance is my favorite look.

The dress itself is beautiful though.

I got an uneasy feeling from this dress, as if it’s slipping down. in some pictures, the top looks a little higher. Or else he’s just cut it too low
I like dress, but I see what you mean.

It is bold and different. I’m not sure what I think of the look, but it is eye catching and interesting.

Interesting re-work. But the original dress was such a great success -one of her very best- that it is hard to top. Still, HM looks great in the new combination too. I am surprised to see the top with the sash, but it actually looks better than I would have thought it would.

Probably my least favourite version of this dress. The sparkling top just doesn't go well with the tiered skirt. And yes the necklace and neckline are too busy. While I like her "mixing and matching" old gowns, most of them didn't look well IMO

A big no from me. The Jesper hovering was always one of her best looks and shouldn’t have been messed with. The off the shoulder neckline is now fighting with all those flounces on the skirt.

The original dress was just stunning. One of my faves. This is….okay. I wish she’d left it alone. She usually does a great job of recycling and changing up her outfits, but this wasn’t one of those times.

I had always thought Jesper Hovering top was royal blue and the skirt black...at least that's what they have looked like in the past. It's not the best combination imho.

I admire her approach to creating new versions of gowns and combining beautiful pieces to create fresh looks. I would imagine she must be a dream for a stylist to work with. I can’t decide which of the looks I prefer, because I don’t think any of them are misses.
