While we are at it, BB last week included a booklet with QMII's many travels and you can find it here. The captions will tell you when the visit took place and there is also a list of which countries she has visited and when.

ADDED: The weather forecast for tomorrow noon says overcast with a little chance of rain.

TV2 has just confirmed that the dress code tonight is "gala A" i.e. tiaras, medals, orders and uniforms and of course long gowns for the ladies.

Tomorrow there will be 27 shot salutes fired from Kronborg and Holmen (the naval yard) in Copenhagen.

Oh, by the way, the TV2 panel covering the event answer questions from the viewers. - And why not from you?
Write in English and explain that the reply will be translated for you.

The worst thing that can happen is that your question won't be answered, right? ;)

I read on another forum that today's dinner, the DRF family was not planned to sit anyways so Prince Henrik missing today's dinner is not a seating issue to worry about.

I would not be surprised if it was King Harald especially since he is going solo.
 
If anyone is watching and understands, who is in the bus? Any of the guests or royal family members?
 
The knowledgeble Anna von Lowzow has provided a very interesting explanation for Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip rarely attend royal events outside UK.
She seemed very confident in her reply and according to her, the tradition or whatever you will call it, stems back from the age of Queen Victoria. Due to the large size of the British Empire it simple wasn't possible for QV to attend royals event abroad except state visits and the occasional funeral. So she focused only on visiting her own domain and leaving foreign royal events to those further down the line.
And that has been maintained ever since, even though the British Empire has shrunk in size.

Quewen Victoria attended Family Weddings but also not all of her granchildren probably it where simply to much. See attended for example the Wedding of Prince Heinrich of Prussia and Princess Irene of hesse andf by Rhine and of GRand Duke Ernst Ludwig of Hesse and by Rhine and Princess Victoria Melkita of Eeinburgh.
In both cases bride and groom where both grand children of her

I think it should be the first in line or the second in line to the British throne that should attend foreign royal events.
 
According to TV2 QMII is excepted to arrive (as the last one) from 19.45-20.00. That is in half an hour at the earliest from now.
 
Maria Teresa of Luxembourg is not on the list, hope she is well.
 
Did anyone manage to get a glimpse of who is with the Queen in the car?

And an Australian from Perth has asked on TV2 whether M&F will ride in carriage with QMII tomorrow. And yes, they will.
